Compared the carbon leaching process (CIL) and the carbon pulp process (CIP):


1. The CIP process is longer than the CIL process, but the CIL process has large carbon storage and low carbon concentration. The ore pulp conveyed for carbon is several times as much as the CIP process (generally 4 times).

2. The amount of metal backlog in CIP process is relatively large, and the distribution of metal backlog in CIP process and CIP process is different. In CIP process, the distribution of backlog metals on activated carbon is basically the same as that in solution, but in CIL process, the metal mainly accumulates on activated carbon. The gold content of the solution in the process is also different.

3. The grade of gold in CIL is higher than that in CIP process solution, which is determined by the process structure. CIL process is to adsorb while immersing, and new dissolved gold enters the solution continuously, so the gold in the solution is continuously supplemented, and the gold content in the solution is relatively high. CIP process is a single adsorption process. The amount of dissolved gold in solution is very small, so the grade of gold is lower.
