Working principle

The working principle of Desen ball mill is: the material enters the mill drum from the feeder and rotates with the grinding medium (steel balls). Under the action of centrifugal force, the grinding medium will fly up, hit and grind the material, and gradually break it into fine powder.

How to operate Desen ball mill

1. Check whether the ball mill is firmly installed and whether the components are tightly connected.

2. Add an appropriate amount of grinding media (steel balls).

3. Add the material to be ground into the mill drum.

4. Start the ball mill and adjust the speed and filling rate.

5. Adjust the grinding time according to the characteristics of the material and the required particle size.

6. After the grinding is completed, stop the ball mill and discharge the ground material.
