Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers about gold ore processing and our mining equipment

How is gold extracted step by step?

+

-

The gold extraction process involves four main steps: First, crushed material is ground by ball mill and classified into 85% of 200 mesh. Second, fine powder enters the thickener for concentration, then chemicals and carbon are added in the tank. Third, after leaching and absorption, gold-loaded carbon is obtained. Finally, electrolysis equipment and furnace are used to produce pure gold bars.

What is the difference between CIP and CIL gold processing?

+

-

CIL (Carbon in Leach) involves both carbon adsorption and cyanide leaching happening simultaneously, whereas CIP (Carbon in Pulp) involves first leaching, then carbon adsorption in the following tanks while leaching continues. Both processes use tanks equipped with agitation and air sparging for optimal gold recovery.

What gold ore grade is suitable for CIP/CIL processing?

+

-

CIP/CIL processing is mainly used for gold ores with a grade above 1 g/t. It's also highly effective for gold ores with high content of other metals such as silver, platinum, and copper. Our processes can achieve up to 99% gold recovery rate.

What is the maximum processing capacity available?

+

-

We offer turnkey solutions with processing capacities up to 10,000 tonnes per day (TPD). For smaller operations, we provide mobile container-type plants starting from 10 TPD that offer automatic control and 24-hour continuous production capability.

Do you provide installation and training services?

+

-

Yes, our EPC turnkey service includes complete installation and commissioning, worker training, and support until your intended production capacity objectives are fulfilled. We have offices in China, Nigeria, and Canada to provide global support.
