Product Information

The Induction Furnace is an advanced induction heating system known for its highest heating efficiency, rapid melting speed, low energy consumption, and excellent environmental performance. It is commonly referred to as high frequency, medium frequency, or ultra-high frequency induction heating equipment depending on the working frequency range.

Thanks to its electromagnetic stirring capability and high vacuum degassing performance, the induction furnace allows precise control of alloy composition. Vacuum induction melting furnaces are widely used for smelting and casting nickel-based, iron-based, cobalt-based, and other high-grade precision alloys under vacuum or protective atmospheres.

When equipped with a graphite crucible, the induction furnace can melt low-resistivity metals via indirect heating, including: gold, silver, copper, aluminum, bronze, and many other alloys.
