【Tailing treatment】
The leaching solution of gold ore heap leaching is highly toxic cyanide containing solution. The cyanide concentration in the leaching solution can reach to 1000 mg / L as the highest, which is generally maintained at 300-800 mg / L. The final concentration will also reach 200 mg / L, and the lowest concentration will also reach tens of mg / L.This kind of solution can't be discharged directly, it can be discharged after treating to reach the national standard.
「The methods of treating cyanide containing tailing wastewater」
①Alkaline cyanidation (Advantage: the reagent is easy to buy, the operation is simple, and the reaction is complete. Disadvantages: expensive cyanide cannot be recovered)
②Acidification (acidification-volatilization-alkali absorption)
It is suitable for wastewater with high concentration of cyanide and large amount of water. Disadvantages: It is difficult to reach the emission standard in one step, and other methods are needed too.
③Natural purification (the main process is as follows: Wastewater solid adsorption, sedimentation, aeration volatilization, water dilution, natural degradation)
No investment, no operation cost, suitable for the mine of having large capacity tailings pond, long relative purification time, sufficient dilution water amount, good aeration conditions and strong biological action.
④Incology: At room temperature, adjust the pH value to ph6-10 with lime milk, and use a small amount of copper sulfate as catalyst for treatment by sulfur dioxide and air;
The cost of chemicals is low, and the operation is safe and reliable.
⑤Cycle method: Cycle spray, cyanide solution return all, zero discharge. This is the most recommended way, which has both economic value and environmental benefits.
