Gold Beneficiation Process

Our gold beneficiation equipment is designed to extract gold from crude ore through a multi-stage process. The ore is initially crushed by a coarse jaw crusher and then re-crushed by a fine crusher or impact crusher. The re-crushed particles are sent to a ball mill to obtain a fine powder. This powder is further processed by a spiral separator. In the next stage, the mineral is mixed with additives in a mixer. Finally, the flurry is processed to extract gold using a flotation machine.
