Shaking table decks are divided into three parts:

  • Coarse ore deck: Used for recovering particles from 0.5mm to 2mm
  • Sand deck: Used for recovering particles from 0.074mm to 0.5mm
  • Slime deck: Used for receiving particles from 0.05mm to 0.074mm
  • Feed capacity: 25 kilograms/hour to 5,700 kilograms/hour
  • Accommodated particle sizes: Various particle sizes

Operating principle:

The shaking table bed surface area is nearly rectangular, slightly inclined towards the tail end, and has grooves on the bed surface. Water flows through the water tank and feed trough in the inclined direction. Under the action of the transmission mechanism, the bed surface makes a reciprocating motion. When the ore slurry enters the feed trough, under the action of water flow and shaking, the minerals of different densities are distributed fan-shaped on the bed surface.
