Generally, the disc RPM is fixed, we set up one data about the disc RPM based on the customer's needs, then the customer use the machine based on this data forever. But if you want the another option disc RPM, we can manufacture it for you separated, and delivery to you together, when you want to change, you can replace it on the machine. But this parts is charged, it is US$50 for one set.
4.About magnetic intensity of disc 1, disc 2, disc 3, and if it is can controlled independently:
The discs of the three-discs separator cannot be moved. The only adjustment that can be made is to adjust the position of the copper wire coil underneath. The adjustment handle can be used to accomplish this adjustment.
Under the adjustment handle of the three-disc machine corresponds to the wire bundles. There are a total of 4 sets of wire bundles, so there are also 4 sets of adjustment handles.
To adjust the magnetic field strength of the first disc, you need to use the adjustment handles corresponding to the first and second wire bundles together. To adjust the magnetic field strength of the third disc, you needto use the adjustment handles corresponding to the third and fourth wire bundles together.
5.About the cooling arrangement for coils and insulation class：
3 discs electromagnetic separator can work continuously all the time, dont worry about this. And about the motor, if there is no man-made damage, the motor can be replaced within the one-year warranty period. About the insulation, we use the Insulating paint and insulating paper.
6. About feed size range and moisture limitation:
The feed size is <2mm. The feeding materials must be 100% dry, before feeding, you must dry it in the sun or dryer.
