The main control factor of lead-zinc ore beneficiation technology is the selection of reagents for flotation of lead-zinc ore. there are three kinds of flotation reagents for lead-zinc ore, the main components are xanthate, black medicine and sulfur nitrogen.
Xanthate is a typical flotation agent of lead zinc sulfide, which is mainly used for the flotation of galena and sphalerite. The commonly used black agent is toluene based black agent, which is mainly used in pyrite bearing lead-zinc sulfide ore. compared with yellow agent, black agent has relatively weak collection capacity, but better selectivity and foaming effect.
For example, when it is applied to sulfide ore flotation which needs to restrain lead and copper flotation of pyrite, black agent application can effectively reduce the amount of pyrite inhibitor and improve the concentrate grade.
(2) Beneficiation methods and solutions to problems.
The floatability of lead-zinc ore is similar, and the mineral proportion and magnetism are not obvious enough, which makes the ore dressing mode relatively simple.
The main problem in the flotation process of lead-zinc ore is the serious over grinding and sliming of minerals. In practice, our concentrator is also faced with deep mineral property changes, such as carbonaceous lead-zinc ore and other adverse flotation phenomenon.
In the flotation process, the concentration of sulfurizer will be reduced. Under the influence of this comprehensive factor, the solubility of pulp will gradually increase, and then the measurement of mineralizer will gradually increase. Professional technicians can separate the desliming by hydrocyclone, spiral classifier, ore washing equipment, etc., and manage the lead-zinc ore on this basis.
