At a site in Ghana, the ore is mainly green‑altered host rock mixed with quartz veins. Early sampling shows visible grain gold, though the exact gold grade has not been tested yet.
The client, an engineer from India, is carrying out small‑scale rock gold processing on site.
Through simple crushing and washing, he has already recovered granular gold.
He now plans to expand production with a 200 TPD gold leaching plant for higher recovery.
For the coarse‑grain and free gold, he currently uses gravity separators such as a shaking table and centrifugal concentrator.
The upcoming 200 TPD plant will include a leaching and carbon adsorption system to treat the fine‑grained portion of the ore.
This larger-scale gold leaching plant is located near our factory, and visitors are welcome to see it in operation.
