Ilesha gold belt is in southwestern Nigeria, is known for alluvial gold deposits. This area, gold deposits, formed by the weathering of gold-bearing quartz veins,are a major component of the region's gold production. Our Nigerian client, they have 3.9 km²in Ilesha,the mine site is as below. They already have excavator and dredger,before they just use simple vibrating screen and sluice box to recovery gold, which is low efficiency and recovery rate.
According to the raw material mixed with clay and mud, we designed rotary scrubber and trommel washing plant in a whole unit, the rotary scrubber in the former part which will break the mud, and move to trommel part to screen the big size.
In the former part, it is scrubber, there is blade made by steel will break the mud and clay.
This mobile type gold washing plant equipped with sluice box, generator, water pumps,gold grass carpet all together, and under the equipment we designed sleigh type which can move by trucks.
After fixed place almost finished processed, it is easy to move to another place.
The whole plant can recovery the gold at the max limit, we shipped many countries like Mali, Kenya, Congo,Nigeria etc…
