Ⅳ Dust and Sulphur Removing System
1. Sintering system【bag dust collector】designing
Smelting furnace dust collector designed air flow is 45000m³ / h, supporting dust collector control filter wind speed of 0.8-1.0m / min, calculated according to the formula and combined with practical experience, select LCDM112-4 bag filter to remove the dust of furnace, filter bag specifications is φ130 × 4500mm, filter bag material pps corrosion-resistant high temperature filter (according to the choice of flue gas, corrosive), filter bag skeleton selection of silicone anti-corrosion treatment; dust inside the shell part of the use of high temperature corrosion-resistant silicone anti-corrosion paint. The collected dust is discharged to the screw conveyor by means of a star unloading valve and then unloaded by a screw conveyor and unloaded into a ton bag and transported by a forklift.

3. Sulphur Removing Technology
Adopt lime-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization.

Lime-gypsum desulfurization process is based on lime slurry as the absorbent and flue gas SO2 reaction, desulfurization product gypsum can be directly abandoned, can also be integrated, is the most mature flue gas desulfurization process, the most widely used one of the desulfurization technology.
Chemical reaction process
The SO2 in the flue gas has good solubility in water, decomposes into H+and HSO3- or SO32- reacts with the reaction Ca2+ in the absorbing liquid to form CaSO3 and Ca(HSO3)2, because CaSO3 is extremely difficult to dissolve in water. Under the action of this chemical driving force, the further dissolving, to achieve the purpose of desulfurization.
Reaction process as below:
Digestion reaction: CaO+H20→Ca(OH)2
Absorption reaction: Ca(OH)2+SO2→ CaSO3+H20
CaSO3+SO2+H2O→Ca(HSO3)2
Ca(HSO3)2+Ca(OH)2→ 2CaSO3+2H20
Oxidation reaction:CaSO3+1/2 02→ CaSO4
Crystallization reaction:CaSO3+1/2 H20→CaSO3˙ 1/2H20
CaSO4+2H2O→CaSO4˙2H20
Desulfurization agent making system
(1) System introduction
Purchased lime powder (purity: more than 80%, fineness:200 mesh,90%), with a special sealed tanker transported to the lime powder hopper near the pneumatic conveying method into the lime powder hopper, and then use weighing spiral feeder to the lime slurry pool, through the mixer stir and mix well with water made of lime slurry. The lime slurry flows from the lime slurry pool to the circulating slurry pool. According to the circulating slurry pH changes, add fresh lime slurry to the circulating slurry pool. The amount of lime slurry required for desulfurization is controlled in accordance with the kiln load, SO2 concentration of flue gas. The water source of the desulfurizer preparation system comes from the system water tank.
(2) Design Principle
Desulfurization equipment (absorption tower) lime slurry preparation system, including lime powder hopper, screw weighing feeder, lime slurry pool and stirrer, piping systems. Lime powder discharge device and transportation system, slurry preparation system. The design of the lime powder hopper is designed for dust collector ventilation and warehouse fluidization system, lime powder hopper, hopper capacity of 50m³ in the rated working conditions for 7 days (24 hours per day).
(3) Screw weighing feeder
The screw weighing feeder is used to detect the amount of lime used for each lime slurry.
(4) Slurry preparation system
Dry shaft furnace FGD Consider the lime slurry pool, designed for a total consumption of lime slurry for 6 hours.
The lime slurry pool is equipped with a stirrer, and the stirrer is jacked.
4. Desulfurizing tower
The desulfurizing toweris made of special modified polymer engineering plastic material, can stand 180 ℃ high temperature.High-quality materials make the corrosion resistance of the reactor life and equipment life is basically the same, while eliminating the cumbersome rubber and heavy glass scales anti-corrosion coating daily maintenance. Due to the use of special structures and processes, the reactor is not intricate piping layout, there is no form of nozzle, from the fundamental to eliminate the conventional desulfurization device scaling, plugging, corrosion and other technical obstacles, making the system put into operation up to 97 %the above.
