Overview
Our Gold Separation Equipment are mainly drum chutes, shakers, jigs or centrifuges. Both agitated chute and centrifuge can realize mechanized cleaning of coarse concentrate, with large treatment capacity and high recovery rate. From the perspective of process configuration, it also reduces the space location and floor area than the fixed chute, which will undoubtedly replace the process dominated by a single fixed chute. This process equipment has compact configuration, makes rational use of the space and natural height difference of gold panning equipment, realizes the gravity return of pulp, and simplifies the gold separation process.
Our Gold Separation Equipment increases the dehydration and desliming process of raw ore, extracts the gold bearing heavy sand, and the final product is extracted in the onshore concentration plant, which can simplify the gold separation process on the gold panning equipment, reduce the loss of gold and improve the recovery rate of gold. The ore washing cylindrical screen should further strengthen the crushing and screening, strengthen the mechanical and hydraulic effects, prolong the residence time of materials in the screen and increase the effective screening area.
Details：
1. Crushing and screening: The raw ore adopted vehicle transportation, and the crushing process adopted two-stage & one-closed circuit process.
2. Grinding and classification: The qualified crushing product buffered by fine ore bin was conveyed to stage-two closed circuit grinding and classification system.

3. Gravity separation: Jigging gravity separation system was added between stage-one ball mill discharging and closed circuit classification. The jigger was applied for roughing, and the shaking table was applied for concentrating.
4. Gold extraction by cyanidation: The overflow of stage-two classification hydrocyclone entered into cyanide leaching system after thickening for leaching
5. Desorption & Electrowinning, smelting: The gold loaded carbon after leaching system was conveyed to high temperature and high pressure desorption & electrowinning system for gold extraction.
6. Dry tailings stacking: The tailings after cyaniding was filter-pressed and dewatered by filter press.
