This equipment operates without water, suitable for most of the mine site and small miners lack of water resources,it has three rollers as below introduction:
- Magnetic roller 1: Weak Magnetic Roller (1,000 - 1,500 Gauss): This first roller removes strongly magnetic materials like iron.
- Magnetic roller 2: Medium Magnetic Roller(6,500 - 8,000 Gauss): The material then passes to the second roller, which has a stronger magnetic field to pull out minerals with medium magnetic susceptibility, such as ilmenite.
- Magnetic roller 3: Strong Magnetic Roller (10,000 - 14,000 Gauss): The final, most powerful roller captures the weakly magnetic minerals that the previous stages missed, like monazite or columbite-tantalite.
