There are two beneficiation ways for the chrome ore. One is the chrome ore wahsing plant and the other is the chrome ore concentrate plant.
For the chrome ore washing plant, it is generally use for the raw chrome ore which has a relatively high grade. For this kind of ore, we use the rotary scrubber to wash it and then use the jig machine for the gravity separation, the final product is lumpy, and the size is generally more than 10mm, chrome lumpy is more welcomed in the market. If the raw chrome ore is too big size, we also use a crusher to crush it first. After the washing and the jig machines, some of the mud and some silica rocks can be removed, the chrome ore grade can be improved and reach the market grade and be sold.
For the chrome ore concentrate plant, we generally crush and grind the raw ore to get the fine size and use the spiral chute to get the fine size concentrate. For the chrome ore concentrate, generally the final grade can be improved higher as the material are get monomer separation.
We can design the whole chrome ore plant according to the raw chrome ore and the customers' requirement.
