2. Compound pendulum jaw crusher
Principle: the upper end of the movable jaw is directly suspended on the eccentric shaft. As the connecting rod of the crank connecting rod mechanism, it is directly driven by the eccentric shaft. The lower end of the movable jaw is hinged to the thrust plate and supported on the rear wall of the frame. When the eccentric axis rotates, the trajectory of each point on the movable jaw is changed from the circumference of the suspension point (radius equal to the eccentricity) to an ellipse gradually, and the ellipse is more and more inclined towards the lower part, until the trajectory of the connection point between the lower part and the thrust plate is a circular arc. Because the movement track of each point on the moving jaw in this kind of machine is more complex, it is called complex swing jaw crusher.
Compared with the simple swing jaw crusher, the double swing jaw crusher has the following advantages: lighter weight, fewer components, more compact structure, better filling degree in the crushing chamber, uniform crushing of the material block, forced discharge of the finished product at the lower end of the moving jaw, so the productivity is higher, 20-30% higher than that of the simple swing jaw crusher of the same specification; larger material block at the lower part of the moving jaw Roll up and down, easy to unload in the shape of a cube.
