At a site in South Africa, engineers are assessing an oxide‑type gold ore to determine how it should be processed.

Because the value of gold cannot be judged by appearance, accurate laboratory testing is the first and most important step.
Step 1: Ore Content and Beneficiation Testing
Our engineer recommended that the customer begin with content analysis and beneficiation testing.
Through these tests, we can identify the concentration of both valuable and associated elements-including arsenic (As), carbon (C), sulfur (S), zinc (Zn), and iron (Fe).
This data helps decide whether the ore is more suitable for gold leaching or for flotation.
If the test results confirm that the ore responds well to leaching, it moves on to detailed gold leaching trials.
Step 2: Leaching Rate and Reagent Testing
During the leaching test stage, two parameters are carefully measured:
- Leaching rate – evaluates how completely gold can be extracted under specific conditions.
- Chemical consumption – determines how much reagent is needed for stable recovery.
Our laboratory uses an environmentally friendly gold leaching agent rather than cyanide.
This non‑toxic reagent provides reliable dissolution performance while meeting environmental safety standards.
A recent production batch of this eco‑type leaching chemical was just prepared for delivery to a client in India.
Container‑Type Gold Leaching Plant
The South African customer has also expressed strong interest in our container‑type gold leaching plant.
This system integrates all major equipment-mixing tanks, activated‑carbon adsorption, desorption, and smelting units-inside modular containers.
Once delivered, the containers can be connected directly at the ore site, allowing the plant to operate quickly without civil construction.
This configuration is especially practical for remote project areas or pilot‑scale testing where fast setup is important.
