For India, the ball mill is used for the copper, lead and zinc flotation plant. After the raw ore element analysis and flotation experiemnt, we made a customized flotation design. Besides the shipment of the ball mill, we also have other machines. But ball mill is the key machines in different kinds of mineral processing plant.
For different processing capacities, we choose the different size ball mill. For small size ball mill, we generall install the liner before shipment, and for the big ball mill, if we install the liner, it is too heavy, it is difficult to load in container, so we install the liner when the ball mill arrives the mine site. We will provide drawing for the installation and guide how to install the liner, or if our engineers at the mine site, we will install it.

the feeding part
the discharging part
rotating part
transmission part (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electronic control) and other main parts
