The JJF Flotation Machine is one of China's most widely used self-absorption mechanical agitation flotation machines. With a single tank volume of up to 200 m³, it is ideal for processing metal ores such as copper, molybdenum, and other non-ferrous minerals with broad aeration requirements.

Featuring a bottom and draft tube design that does not sink into the tank groove, the machine ensures excellent slurry circulation and aeration efficiency. Its umbrella-shaped stator with a perforated dispersion cover stabilizes the foam layer and maintains a smooth flotation surface.

Note: When installed, the flotation cells must be arranged in a trapezoidal configuration with a drop height of 300–400 mm.

Selection Instructions

When ordering, provide the flotation process details including: - Configuration scheme and feeding method - Scraper drive system quantity and drive mode (left or right drive) - Quantity of feeding parts, intermediate parts, and tailing parts

The factory does not supply motor starters.

Dampers are manufactured according to plant drawings; heavy-duty machines use electric dampers.
