【Introduction of flotation process】
This portable flotation planthas for target market what mining professionals consider the pilot-plant scale mining operation or 'artisanal' mining operations.
For gold sulfide ores (Mostly pyrite based), flotation is often the first step after grinding to recover a gold-rich concentrate. This plant are consists of a single stage crushing, second stage hammer crushing, fine grinding in a closed ball mill-classifier circuit.
The classifier overflow passes to a mixture tank, and then to Flotation Machine,where a high grade concentrate and low tailing are made.A concentrate thickener and filter can be added to simplify the preparation of the concentrate for shipment(Base requirment).
The tailing from flotation may advance to a CIL circuit while the concentrate is usually subjected to fine grinding or oxidation prior to leaching and gold recovery. This section provides some general comments on the key layout issues in feasibility-study. design for the flotation section.
