Shaker is a gravity beneficiation equipment used to separate fine-grained materials. Shaker is a physical beneficiation equipment mainly used to separate rare metals and precious metal ores such as gold, silver, lead-zinc, tantalum niobium and tin.
Our factory has a long history of production of shakers, and has continuously developed innovations, from the original straight bed surface shaker to the single curve wave bed shaker (1970s); to the double curve wave bed shaker (on In the 1990s), the throughput, recovery rate and enrichment ratio of the shaker were greatly improved.
The rocking bed is mainly composed of eight parts: bed head, motor, slope adjuster, bed surface, mine trough, water trough, reciprocating bar, and lubrication system. The motor of the shaker drives the crankshaft to rotate the rocker through the belt drive, and the rocker moves up and down. When the rocker moves downward, the toggle plate pushes the rear shaft and the reciprocating rod to move backward.
The seat is connected to the reciprocating rod, so at this time, the bed surface is also moved backwards. When the rocker moves upward, the bed surface moves forward due to the extension tension of the spring.
